Beginner / Intermediate - A standardised program with support

The aim of the 10WBT program is to promote small, SUSTAINABLE changes in your daily life that will become HABITS which you can healthily maintain for the rest of your life.

There are 30 unique workouts in this plan - 3 workouts per week. These workouts are a unique combination of cardio and strength training that are sure to help you burn more calories, tone muscle, and ultimately feel better about yourself. May be performed either at home or your local gym.

All workouts are programmed into your own training app (video demonstrations for each exercise included) so you can easily view and track your progress online.
