The aim of the 6WBT program is to kick start your health and weight loss goals, by combining clean eating and regular exercise. May be performed either at home or your local gym.

This program is recommended for women wanting to begin exercising, or for those who suffer from injuries and other health related problems, or for those who havn't exercised for a long time.

All workouts are programmed into your own training app (video demonstrations for each exercise included) so you can easily view and track your progress online.

There are four different 6WBT programs to choose from, however they have been specially designed to be followed in sequence (especially if you are a beginner), progressively getting more challenging each time.

A 6 week workout plan designed specifically for beginners to start exercising and creating healthy habits that can be maintained long term. But don't let the name fool you... you will still be getting your sweat on while focusing on correct posture and technique (2kg & 4kg dumbbell sets required).

6WBT #2 - Body Blast

A 6 week workout plan designed to take the basics to the next level. A fab combination of cardio, dumbbell and Swiss ball exercises to add fun and variety while focusing on core conditioning (2kg & 4kg dumbbell sets, and Swiss ball required).

6WBT #3 - Tone Up

A 6 week workout plan designed to burn fat and increase your metabolism, while toning up your muscles at the same time (2kg & 4kg dumbbell sets required).

6WBT #4 - Body Sculpt
