The aim of the 6 Week Body Transformation program is to kick start your health and weight loss goals, by combining clean eating and regular exercise. May be performed either at home or your local gym.

This program is recommended for women wanting to begin exercising, or for those who suffer from injuries and other health related problems, or for those who havn't exercised for a long time.

All workouts are programmed into your own training app (video demonstrations for each exercise included) so you can easily view and track your progress online.

Beginner / Intermediate - A standardised program with support.

The aim of the 10 Week Total Body Transformation program is to promote small, SUSTAINABLE changes in your daily life that will become HABITS which you can healthily maintain for the rest of your life.

There are 30 unique workouts in this plan - 3 workouts per week. These workouts are a unique combination of cardio and strength training that are sure to help you burn more calories, tone muscle, and ultimately feel better about yourself. May be performed either at home or your local gym.

All workouts are programmed into your own training app (video demonstrations for each exercise included) so you can easily view and track your progress online.
