"I have done a 6 week challenge and have continued on with weekly PT sessions with Chloe, and now with the new app I have her on hand throughout the week.

I love that each PT session is tailored to me and that I am challenged each time. Yes I still hate those tricep dips and press-ups, and she knows it! But she also knows I want to smash those reps out and keep improving.

I think what I love most is that Chloe can train me anywhere. We are currently doing our sessions at a local school. I bring my children along and they get a little play around while I get a workout.

During the 6 week challenge she also helped me with my food tracking as that's where I struggled most. Having someone to keep me accountable sending daily food diaries helped so much. She worked over and above what other PTs would usually do.

Now with the app, I have a little Chloe in my pocket. We are able to track my fitness during the week and I am able to see what Chloe has planned for our next session. The messaging function is so much more convenient too. We can contact each other through the one app on my phone.

I can honestly say Chloe is amazing, and doing amazing things for others with her PT business. 5 stars just isn't enough."
